The story of family

In 1945, France was emerging from 5 years of war and for Roger Sarret, son of a baker, producing biscottes was above all about providing a forgotten sensation, a pleasure experienced before the years of deprivation, as well as about learning, and once again daring, to enjoy these little pleasures of daily life. 60 years later Roger is still here. His customers, loyal supporters of quality, have grown and traditional production has increased without sacrificing standards of quality.

A story of taste !

Today, for the 3rd generation of Roger’s heirs, it is not simply a mixture of water and flour. It is, firstly, about respecting the extremely strict specifications, starting with the selection of the raw materials, in particular high quality wheat flour, and, above all, about perfectly skilled baking.

The Roger Melba toasts in the USA

La Provence is exported and Roger knew to of course seize the market appropriatenesses new in Europe, but also Outre-Atlantique and when Roger unloads on the East coast, the prospects appear enthralling !
