The story of familyIn 1945, France was emerging from 5 years of war and for Roger Sarret, son of a baker, producing biscottes was above all about providing a forgotten sensation, a pleasure experienced before the years of deprivation, as well as about learning, and once again daring, to enjoy these little pleasures of daily life. 60 years later Roger is still here. His customers, loyal supporters of quality, have grown and traditional production has increased without sacrificing standards of quality.
