Receipt : Roasted melba toasts
For 4 people
100g of tuna to tomato out of box
12 melba toasts
15g of flour
15g of butter
20 cl of milk
50g of grated cheese
- To prepare the bechamel sauce while dissolving butter in a pan, to add the flour, to whip well during 1 min. Then at a stretch dry to pour milk while continuing to whip. As of thickening, to leave fire. To pepper.
